A safe space where you will be heard and seen.
Hi, I'm Megan and I'm super stoked you are here!
I enjoy helping young adults and adults in south Florida who seem like they have it together but inside feel lost, anxious, or weighed down by the expectations of others. You’re the person who people don’t expect to ask for help because you seem to not be bothered by life’s stressors, but really you feel like you are wandering and wondering what direction to go next. Together, we’ll untangle the weight of other people’s expectations and find what actually matters - for YOU - without losing your free spirit.
The only constant in life is change. I'm here to help you learn the skills to adapt and remain anchored through the ebb and flow of life.
As a therapist, I'm with you on your path to resiliency, balance, acceptance, and purpose. Working collaboratively with you and encourage YOU to be the guide in the therapeutic process. You hold the tools to your success, I am merely a guide to help you to recognize your own strengths.
My office in Palm Beach Gardens offer a chill, nonjudgmental space, guiding you as you navigate the waves of stress, anxiety, and self-doubt, helping you find more flow, ease, and balance in your mind, body, and soul.
Incorporating creative tools like art, music, creativity, and movement are used to help clients learn how emotions become stuck and how to let go of unhelpful thinking patterns. This not only allows you to figure out what’s important in your life, but also to learn how to trust yourself and the future you desire to create.
